So sad to hear today about the passing of one of the Jewish music greats-- Adrienne Cooper. I had the honor of sharing the stage with her on several occasions, and she was a real inspiration to me and so many others. She helped lead the revival of Yiddish music, and by extension, helped put Jewish music on the contemporary world scene. You can learn more about her amazing work here. May her memory be a blessing.
